Bradley Conradie

 

Bradley has more than 20 years’ experience as a labour lawyer and forensic investigator. He has a BA Degree in Economics from the University of Cape Town, an LL.B degree from the University of the Western Cape and an LL.M degree in Labour Law from the University of Cape Town.

He was the leading force in establishing Horizon Forensics in 2013 and has been the central shareholder since inception.

Bradley has advised and assisted on investigations both locally and internationally.

He has been chosen by his peers for inclusion in the Best Lawyers® list of Solicitors for South Africa in the area of Labour and Employment Law. He has also been included in WHO’S WHO LEGAL as a leading practitioner in the field of employment law. He is also a co-author of the leading publication on labour law in South Africa – Labour Relations Law: A Comprehensive Guide (Lexis Nexis) and a co-author of Strikes and the Law (Lexis Nexis).

Bradley acted as a Judge in the Labour Court on several occasions and is a past National President and honorary member of the South African Society for Labour Law (SASLAW).

He is an ACFE (International and South African Chapter) and an ICFP member.

Sarah Burger

  Sarah is an admitted attorney who has been involved in numerous forensic investigations, in both the private and public sector, involving fraud, corruption, cover quoting schemes, supply chain management irregularities, bid rigging and exposing individuals involved in the theft of intellectual property, trademarks, corporate opportunities and conflicts of interest.  She has acted as the lead investigator on important investigations and has produced reports which have exposed deep rooted corruption. She has prepared complaints for law enforcement authorities including the SIU and the HAWKS.  She has also been involved in seizing evidence in Anton Piller cases and has investigated theft of corporate opportunities for huge corporates. Sarah is a member of ACFE (International and South African Chapter), IACFI and ICFP. She is also a Certified Biometric Officer.

Sackey Aipinge

  The Namibian office is headed up by Sackey Aipinge. Sackey obtained his Graduate Certificate in Industrial Relations (CPIR) from Wits University in 1998. In 1999 he was awarded a Certificate in Conflict Resolution through his participation in international study programmes in the USA. Sackey also obtained a Post Graduate Diploma in Law: Conciliation and Arbitration (cum laude) from the University of Cape Town. Sackey served as a member of the task force who drafted the Namibian Labour Act. He also served on the Labour Advisory Committee on Human Resources and Labour Relations and as the Chairperson for the Committee on Dispute Prevention and Resolution. Sackey previously headed up the operations of a successful financial services company and worked in the banking sector where he supported various departments in the identification of business opportunities and in building corporate relationships. Over the last 20 years he has done numerous investigations for public and private entities in Namibia.
